Reporting Bugs

We accept bug reports via GitHub issues. It’s a quick and easy way to report problems to the team so they can be fixed.

Before creating a bug report

To avoid wasting your time or ours, try the following before submitting a report:

• Update to the latest PocketMine-MP version - the bug might have already been fixed

• Try and reproduce the bug on a clean server without plugins, to make sure it’s not a plugin causing the problem

• Ask for help on our community Discord

Issue still not resolved?

If you’ve tried all the steps above and your problem persists, go ahead and create a bug report.

Note

If your server crashed and generated a crashdump, be sure to include the file or link in your issue.

This will make it easier for the team to diagnose and fix your issue.
